Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours. Depending on your location, packages are delivered on average between 2 and 5 business days from the time of order in the contiguous 48 states. UPS will make up to three separate attempts to deliver your order if either no one is home or UPS determines that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended. In the event that UPS is unable to deliver the package after three attempts, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs to receive the order.
Backordered Items
While we keep a large stock of inventory, there are times in which we do not have a given item. These items are on backorder from the manufacturer and are shipped to you immediately once we receive them. The delivery time varies, but on average, it may take 2-3 weeks to receive backordered items.

30 Day Return Policy
NW Self Defense Products LLC insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. After 30 days, the item will be evaluated and accepted for exchange due to manufacturer’s defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects.
Returning a Purchase
1. Contact us via email or phone regarding the return.
2. Include a copy of the original invoice when shipping your return.
3. Note: Federal laws require that pepper spray products are shipped ground delivery only (regardless of type or container size).
