Deep Freeze employs the non-flammable solvent blend used in the Deep Freeze system. Formulated to penetrate the skin layer to deliver the active ingredients to the nerve ending quickly for maximum effect. Deep Freeze utilizes one percent CS augmented by one percent OC with a 2,000,000 Scoville Heat Unit rating.
