PUNCH III contains 5 percent OC (.675% Capsaicin) in de-ionized water to reduce Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions and eliminate flammability concerns. PUNCH III Formula forms micro bubble foam on impact to the face of the subject. The micro bubbles break up quickly releasing the Oleoresin Capsicum into the eyes then penetrates the skin causing stimulus of the involuntary nerves on the face.
